Amazon's Return Process

Initiate Return

Go to "Your Orders" in your Amazon account and select the item you want to return.

Choose Reason

Select a reason for return from the dropdown menu and preferred refund method.

Print Label

Print the return label and packing slip provided by Amazon.

Ship Item Back

Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided label.

Standard Return Policy

  • Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Some products have different policies (e.g., electronics may be 15 days)
  • Items must be in original condition with all accessories

Refund Information

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Shipping fees may not be refundable unless return is due to Amazon error
